Mathematics for Economics, Business Statistics, and Applied Econometrics

Research interests:My research programme focuses on applied econometrics, banking and industrial development. In applied econometrics, my interests include efficiency and productivity analysis, involving the use of econometric estimation of production technologies, stochastic frontier production and cost functions modelling, data envelopment analysis, and analysis of cross-sectional and panel data. Current and previous research undertakings include applications of these methods in banking, transport and manufacturing sector.
